FireWater is a collaboration of London based dancers solely and obsessively dedicated to showcasing the delectable Goddesses of Tribal belly dance in the UK, and beyond.

Since its inception in 2008, the FireWater collective have produced London’s exclusively Tribal belly dance night “FireWater”, organised student showcases under the name “The Tribal Tea Party”, and hosted workshops with dancers and drummers from around the world.

Colleena Shakti and Raki Khalbelia (Rajasthan, IN), Ling Shien and Mark Bell a.k.a Helm (San Francisco, USA) Heather Shoopman, Tsingani, Elizabeth Mahina (Los Angeles, USA), Lily Tsai (Dallas, USA), Wendy Marlatt and Kim MacKoy (now residing in San Francisco, USA), TribalKinesis (USA & UK), Les Soeurs Tribales (Milan, IT), Valerie Romanin (Paris, FR), and local dancers Hilde Cannoodt (Brighton, UK), Deana Lawman (Essex, UK), Pedralta, Fulya, Dawn O’Brien and Gemma of Khalgani (The Midlands, UK), Anna Kemper, Sorcha Ra, Spiral Tribe, Darkstar, Hannah Mi and Moirai Tribal (London, UK), local DJs and bands U-Cef and Dajjah.

FireWater shows have taken place at The Rosemary Branch Theatre, The Orchid Lounge, Darbucka and at the Belly Dance Congress.
