Heather Labonte is teaching a one off workshop in London on the 21st of November. We hope you’ll join us.
BRASS TACKS with HEATHER LABONTE
Brass Tacks is a two-hour workshop designed to help you on your journey towards technical badass-ery. Which is totally a word. We’ll hit the ground running with some fundamentals before digging deep into mind-bending exercises aimed at enhancing the speed, quality, and precision of your bellydance vocabulary. We’ll look at what makes a movement tick (or slide or lift or lock).
We’ll also take an analytical approach to layering movement, beyond the obvious and into the unusual, and downright crazy. Whether you’re brand new to layering logic or a seasoned pro, this class will work the body, tease the brain and inspire you to move! Then we’ll put it all to good use with combinations to get body and brain working together and looking rad.
WHEN: 6-8pm Thursday 21st November
THE PLACE TO BE: Danceworks, Bond Street London
WORKSHOP FEE: £30 ~ Bookings are now closed!
